Ms. Harris has over 20 years of senior leadership experience in the financial services industry with a proven track record of delivering results in a team environment. In her career she has successfully designed, built and developed business operations from the ground up and led large scale reengineering efforts to winning results. She has also designed and implemented business software applications, automated workflow systems, reporting platforms and led loan servicing organizations through entire system conversions.
Ms. Harris has created and implemented prioritization processes and change management infrastructures. She is analytically strong and effective at managing and motivating personnel, facilitating change and delivering cost effective solutions.
Ms. Harris graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder, Colorado, in May, 1982 with B.A., in Communication Theory. She has minors in Journalism, Public Relations and Biology. She holds a Real Estate Appraisal Certificate from the California Association of Realtors, San Diego, California and has a California Real Estate Brokers License.
